Here are our Dojang Rules. We love our members and want everyone to have an enjoyable, positive, safe experience. Please adhere to the gym rules to ensure everyone gets along and feels comfortable.

  1. Always bear in mind the tenets of Taekwon-Do and do your best to implement them (Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control and Indomitable Spirit).

  6. Put your hand up and ask permission from an instructor if you want to do anything out of the ordinary (e.g. Get water, sit out, etc.)

Our diverse club extends past these differences by uniting us as Taekwon-Do practitioners.
  27. You must resolve any issues with other club members maturely and non-violently in consultation with your Instructor.

Thank you for your understanding and adherence to these rules. Happy Training!

Guidelines for Parents

We are a professional martial arts school and pride ourselves on the structure and discipline of our classes and members. This framework is only possible in the kids' classes with the understanding and support of the parents.

  1. Drop-off is strongly encouraged. There are numerous occasions for spectating at designated times and for specific events. You are welcome to wait in the reception area. Alternatively, there is a coffee shop in the same centre and a gym next door if you'd like to get in some time to relax or workout yourself while your child is training.
  2. Only the member taking part in the class is allowed past the reception area and into the training areas.
  3. Punctuality is important. Please make sure your child is at class on time and ready for training.
  4. Parents must ensure that their child's dobok is neat and clean for class.
  5. There is no talking or commentary allowed from parents or the accompanying adult during classes. Talking and conversation must happen outside the Dojang. Distraction to the participating children and Instructor must be at an absolute minimum.
  6. As a parent, you must know all the Dojang rules and ensure your child knows them.
  7. Many of the general Dojang rules extend to the parents. Please be familiar with them and set an example for the kids.
